Note: All fees are non-refundable except the costume fee if it has not been ordered yet.
Accessory Fee:
The Accessory Fee is a one-time charge applied during the Fall Trimester to cover the cost of a performance accessory for the Winter Showcase. Instead of purchasing a full costume, dancers will receive a themed accessory item to wear during their performance. For example, if a class is performing Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, dancers may receive a headband and bow tie to wear for the show.
Costume Fees:
Costume Fees are billed on January 1 and apply to the Spring Showcase only.
Refund Policy:
The Accessory Fee, Registration Fee, and Tuition are non-refundable. Costume Fees are refundable only if the costume has not yet been ordered. Once a costume order has been submitted, refunds cannot be issued, as costume companies do not allow returns or refunds.
Enrollment Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your enrollment, written notice must be submitted via email by the 25th of the month prior to the month you wish to discontinue classes. This allows us sufficient time to stop future autopayments. There is no cancellation fee.
Payment & Tuition
Tuition is due on the first class of each month. Monthly invoices will only be sent if payment is late. A $30 late fee will be applied to any tuition received after the 10th of the month.
